User Guide | Difference between v4ink BT-HH6105B Series handheld coding printers

Professionally designed to improve industrial printing efficiency, v4ink Bentsai BT-HH6105 handheld mobile inkjet coding printer series includes three models, which are BT-HH6105B1, BT-HH6105B2, and BT-HH6105B3, and their functions are somewhat different. Specification of v4ink Bentsai BT-HH6105 Series

The table is some specifications common to v4ink Bentsai B1, B2 and B3, and they also supports same kinds of language: Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, German, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, Italian, Portuguese, French, Hindi, Thai, Vietnamese, Persian, Turkish.

What is the difference?

B1, B2 and B3 have the same appearance and printing operation methods, but each of them has the unique feature to meet every customer’s different needs.

Printing Materials

Note that BT-HH6105B1 is only printed on water-absorbing materials, including wood, cloth, paper, fabric, carton, box, envelope, paper bag, plasterboard, fiberboard and so on.

B2 and B3 can be printed on both water-absorbing materials and non-porous materials, including paper, cloth, carton, wood, plasterboard, fiberboard, plastic, ceramic, glass, metal, aluminum foil, PE bag, etc.

Ink Cartridges

Based on their applicable printing materials, the three printers should use different types of ink cartridges. V4ink B1 is only for porous surface, so it works with BT-2560N water-based ink cartridges, while B2 and B3 can be used on porous and non-porous surfaces, they work with water-based cartridges and solvent fast-dry cartridges. Notice: v4ink Bentsai cartridges are only available for specialized v4ink Bentsai handheld printers.

Printing Function

v4ink Bentsai 6105 series can meet a variety demand of printing work, include text, numbers, symbols, QR codes, barcodes, pictures, time, date, DIY logos, tags, and any kind of printing work is available to be printed out.

They support importing pictures in a format of JPG or PNG into the printer to print pictures through the USB flash drive, which is included in the printer package. And if you print txt or other format, you can edit and then save on the printer, and can use group print function with 10 files printed in a row. But v4ink B1 and B2 cannot export files and B3 can import or export files.

In addition, v4ink B3 Handheld Inkjet Printer has a unique and novel function: variable database that includes variable text, variable QR code and variable Barcode to realize one item, one code.

1. What does the printer package include?

You will get an aluminum packing box, which has the Portable Handheld Printer, 1pc BT-2560 or BT-2580 black ink cartridge, power adapter, USB flash drive, metal positioner template, a roller guide for stable and smooth printing, photoelectric sensor, a user manual and certificate.

 2. How long do the Bentsai cartridges last?

The ink capacity of BT-2560 and BT-2580: 42ml/1.42oz. And the usage will be calculated by the ink dot. BT-2560N/BT-2580N contains 1080K ink dots. The printer can print up to 2,000,000 characters in the smallest font size at 300DPI.

3. How to protect the handheld printer and cartridge to prolong the life?

If the printer is not used for more than ten minutes, please take the ink cartridge out of the printer and put the printer print-head protective cover back, cover the cartridge with its protective cap to prevent the nozzle from being air-dried and blocked.

4. Can the prints be erased?

If print on porous surfaces such as envelop and paper, the ink cannot be removed as it is absorbent material, but if you print on a smooth surface using the fast-dry cartridge, like glass and metal material, you can wipe it with alcohol, but the effect of wiping on a rough surface may not be ideal.
